not getting alerts on charge 2

My charge 2 updated last night and now I am not getting alerts for texts and phone calls. Notifications are on as far as I can tell. Any help would be appreciated.

Try doing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row, if the issue persists follow these great troubleshooting steps listed on this thread
