not receiving notifications

after the last update im not getting my text msgs or calls on my versa i restarted,  deleted the app, checked the notifications, ive read different suggestions and nothing seems to be working..anyone else experiencing similar issues? any suggestions

I'm having the same issue. Before the update, I was getting repeat messages that I had already read.  So not sure what is going on or how to remedy it I have also tried turning notifications off, phone off then turning everything back on did not work.  I used to be able to turn notifications on the Versa as well but that option is gone.

You could try the following [if (1) does not work try (2) ]:

1) Install this app and see if it works with your phone: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.abhijitvalluri.android.fitnotifications&hl=en

 

2) Try the earlier version of the Fitbit app 2.90. Google "Fitbit app 2.90 mirror" (without the quotes) and install that version. Before that, make sure you have gone into Android settings -> Apps. There, find the app and delete Cache / Data and then uninstall. Reboot your phone and install the 2.90 version.

I have the same - it was working perfectly but now it's strange.

 

I get calls on my fitbit, I get text messages and fitbit notifications but my whatsapp messages are not coming through.

 

I have tried to unpair and repair, reset the versa, reset the phone etc etc and nothing works
