Hi,

My Fitbit versa 2 has been working fine with my Nokia 7.2 , but is now not recieving notifications and is telling me to restart my phone. I have tried this and restarting the versa 2 and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging in and out and resetting the notification settings. Nothing has worked any ideas??

try going into your fitbit app settings and changing the battery saver mode into no restrictions and that should fix your problem @Ch
