Hi Community,

a few hours ago it worked. But not by using the "add friend" button.

Try it by adding via email.

Tried the email route and was able to connect with friends. One from an
email sent to me and the other from a request I enailed out.

@Suegspurs Hey! Are you still experiencing this issue when sending a friend request in the Fitbit app? Does it seem to be an intermittent issue?

Can anyone else confirm this error keeps popping up?

Yes it is still happening, it is not intermittent. I just tried again before responding. I have been unable to send a friend request since I changed phones from iPhone to Android.

Trying to add via username and email as well. Most are coming up as error or usernames can't be found

They can't find me either.

I tried several times this morning to send "Friend Requests" to several friends  and I am getting the same error messages.  PLEASE, when is the error going to be resolved?

My friend and I have both tried adding each other today and both received this error message.
