Have been getting this error when trying to log in via the Android App since yesterday. Have tried the following to resolve:

1. Force Stopped the App, cleared cache, and cleared all data. - did not fix

2. Uninstalled the App and reinstalled with latest version - did not fix

3. Cycled Wifi on phone, then tried with wifi off - did not fix

4. Rebooted phone - did not fix

5. Tried my wife's phone, installed the App (hadn't been on her phone before) - did not fix

 

Issue definitely appears to be on the FitBit end and not mine. Is this a known issue that's being actively worked?

I hardly think so, given that:

1. It was working just fine previously

2. I have no issues with internet connection on any other apps

3. I've tried it on multiple phones

4. I've tried with both wifi on and wifi off using the data connection
