"Fitbit.com is unavailable" when logging in

Since last one month I am unable to login to my Fitbit app on Redmii Note 10 pro. It used to work perfectly fine before and seems like some kind of update logged me out and never let me login again.

I tried removing app and reinstalling it, as well clear all the date and force quite it multiple times. 

My login works fine on another or older Android version fine but just won't work on my main phone that runs on android 12.IMG-20230131-WA0003.jpg

@Dgparmar @AbdullaHasan Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the Fitbit app. I will gladly help you log back in. 

@AbdullaHasan Have you tried deleting the app or clearing cache storage? @Dgparmar Thanks for your initiative to solve this on your own. 

I recommend you try another internet connection. If you are using a WiFi network, please try using your mobile data. Make sure the Fitbit app has all permissions granted.

Hi,

Yes i tried it on wifi as well as mobile data but it still gave me same error. It used to work fine before without any issue.

Hi @Dgparmar - it happened to me yesterday when switching accounts but the second try worked.

 

If it is persistent try restarting the phone.
