I keep getting a screen popup on my Android that tells me I need to sync my Fitbit app with my watch. It clearly is synched up as I use it every day.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? You're not experiencing any syncing difficulty? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
- Let me know if the issue persists.
