samsung note 3 neo is not sync ... i just bought an alta

i just went through we found your device..then after that its shows not connected try again...

i did 30 tyms to syn...puts bluetooth on off, mobile on off...all i did but it doent help

Very welcome to the Community @RoopS! Smiley LOL I found the Samsung Note 3 Neo on the List of Compatible Devices. However, let me share with you some tips to make it work:

1. Clear the Browser Cache of your Fitbit app by: Log out from Fitbit app > Phone settings > Fitbit app > Clear Cache > Clear Data > Close the app > Log back into the Fitbit app
2. Turn off the Bluetooth and also your cellphone
3. Restart your tracker
4. Turn On your cellphone and also the Bluetooth
5. Finally, set up your tracker as a new Fitbit device.
