NimI am new to Fitbit  I have the flex 2 and was wondering why on my sleep app it say I slept 6 hours when in fact I slept 10 hrs

Hi, @Peroper13, it is subtracting from your total sleep time the amount of time that it detects you were restless or awake (even briefly) during your sleep cycle.  Few of us are actually deeply asleep between the actual time of going to bed and the time of getting ouf bed in the morning.

@Peroper13, in additon to what @Julia_G said, check your settings to make sure you have Sleep Sensitivity set to "Normal", and not "Sensitive".

Thanks I'll try that.  I did have it on sensitive.
