Hi, why did my Fitbit not record my sleep last night? It did the 5 nights before that but I got no sleep results of last night 😏

Thanks a lot for your help.

Hello @Moushke, good to see you again in the Fitbti Community. I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue still persisting on a daily basis? It could be a delay in updating your information, although by now the sleep log should be there if this was the case.

There are certain occasion where If you slept in a position that prevented your tracker from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely it might not track specific sleep data or it might not detect your are sleeping. When you haven’t moved for about an hour, your tracker assumes that you’re asleep taking in consideration other data, such as the length of time your movements are indicative of sleep behavior which help confirm that you’re asleep.

If the issue hasn't persist after you posted in the Community I suggest to try to create a manual entry.

  1. From the dashboard, tap the sleep tile. This is the tile that says "How did you sleep?" or, if you tracked sleep the night before, shows how many hours and minutes you slept.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right.
  3. Turn on the bedtime reminder and set the time and frequency.

Keep me posted how it goes. I'll be around!

Hi Roberto, today I synchronized my fitbit a second time and then I saw the sleep recording for today. Although I did this last Saturday too, it didn't show we my sleep status for that day so it's a little strange as I am moving quite a lot in my sleep (according to my husband 😉) because of a back surgery and I often get up to go to the toilet as well. Anyway, thanks for your reply, I know what to try next time this happens. Have a nice day.
