wondering if someone could help, the circle where it shows your steps isn't showing any unless I click right into it. now I had this problem yesterday and spoke to a fitbit advisor and we went through all the problem shooting. it seems to have updated 2 days ago and I've had the problem since. any body got ideas on how to fix it

@Nadinegb  Hi and Welcome - Not sure if this is the same issue but apparently this is a known issue and they are currently working on it - please check the following thread as I believe it is now the main point of updates from the Moderators on this issue some users also get no Heart Rate or both are showing 0
