sync error for zip

Anybody else having sync issues with their Zip since yesterday? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have taken out the zip battery to reset device and I have stopped and restarted Bluetooth on my phone. Nothing is working.

Let me help you with this, in order to get it back syncing I recommend you following these steps:

 

- Log out from the app
- Reboot your mobile device
- Restart your tracker (2 or 3 times in a row)
- Log back in
- Set it up as a new device

Thank you for responding, but I had already got olit syncing again after doing all of the things you mentioned.
