my fitnit is not getting sync with app after reapeated events what to do

Fitbit Charge HR stopped syncing at 4:05am, today, 11/8. Have charged it. Tried to sync it with computer using USB cord. Still not working. Bluetooth on phone is working. Problem appears to be with App on phone and Tracker. Any ideas??

Same problem I have faced till now, try this one: switch off Wi-Fi on your mobile device and turn on mobile data and then try to start sync... It will start syncing.... It worked for my device... Hope it works for you too

I tried the feedback I received and it didn't work. I then got an update from LG for my phone. When it turned off and restarted, the Fitbit started to sync again. Still don't know why it stopped to begin with, but have another bit of help for someone else. Reboot your phone.
