sync problems

Hi,

 

For several days now, I have problems syncing my charge 2 with my Galaxy S4 Mini.

It is realy frustrating! My fitbit started out as a nice gadget, but now I begin to see the problems it also gives.

I already read all the tips in this community. I logged of my Bluetooth. I restarted my phone....

Do I need a dongel to reconnect with my laptop? Wouldn't that be easier?

Hello, hello, @katiave! It is nice to have you here. Robot Happy Just a quick question, have you also tried to restart your tracker?

 

Just wondering, since you didn't mention, so if you haven't you can do it a few times in a row. This usually solved syncing issues.

I restarted my phone and my fitbit, and for now it seems to work.

Hopefully it wil keep working 🙂

 

I see you are a moderator. Can I ask you an other question?

I see several people are having problems with the sleep stages, including me.

Is someone working on that problem? Can we expect an update?
