syncing Charge 2 is bad

I have for an long time problems syncing my Charge 2 to my Samsung S4. Every day I have to reset the Charge 2 several times, turning bluetooth off and on, turning my phone off and on again, resetting the app or even removing and reinstalling the app. And pressing "Sync Now" over and over again. And then, finally, it synces.... But, next day, same problem. Getting really sick and tired of this. Especially if I want to set an alarm... I have to do that hours before bedtime or I'm not ready in time. 

I read the answers on similar questions, but I hope you will work on a real solution!

Hello @Miranda66, good to see you around again. Certanly this is not a normal behavior. I've seen you have tried different solutions everytime you want to sync, but I would like you to review this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). You'll find more suggestions and requirements to sync with your tracker.

 

In addition you can try the suggestion from this post, you'll see the scenario is quite different but we can apply in your case the troubleshooting steps too.

I was on the treadmill yesterday and my Fitbit showed 4,000 plus steps during that activity alone.  When I check it now it shows 89 steps yesterday .  Frustrating as I paid good money for this .
