It's great to see you around @Stanley89. Thanks for troubleshooting the syncing inconvenience you have by yourself. Since you have already tried all troubleshoot possible, I recommend setting up the tracker as a new device by doing the following from your Android Fitbit app:
1. Open the Fitbit app
2. Log in to the Fitbit app
3. Tap the menu button
4. Choose Devices
5. Tap the “+” in the upper right corner
6. Choose your device
7. Follow the onscreen instructions to continue
