syncing issues with Samsung S7

I cannot keep Blaze syncing with Samsung 7.  It will work and receive text messages and then it doesn't.  resetting everything has not resolved the issue.  I finally just hooked to my computer.  Any thoughts?

Welcome to the Forums @checkinginfit.

Thanks for sharing that you have already tried to reset everything.

In this case I'd like to ask you some questions so that I can better understand what is going on:

  • What phone are you using? Is that a Galaxy S7, Note 7, A7, or which one?
  • Has it always been like that or did this start happening recently?

Look forward to your reply so that we can find the best way to move forward.

It an galaxy s7.  It is an off and on problem but mostly off.  When I first got it they sync for about a week. Now mostly off.  I have resorted to hooking to my computer

Hello @checkinginfit.

Thanks for that clarification and sharing that you are using your computer for the time being.

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try following the steps in this article. They should definitely help in getting your Fitbit to sync to your S7. There might be some steps that you have already tried, even then please give it a shot.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
