syncing stats that never actually happened

This is the third time within the last couple months that my HR Charge was laying on the counter charging and after it finished syncing with my phone, it tracked/synced stats that did not/could not physically happen. Not sure how I could've done a total of "66min" of physical activity at night when I was sleeping but I had "0" steps my fitbit was charging on the nightstand. Why is that kind of thing happening?

Good question. I'd like to know that too. Mine says I've climbed 93 floors while I know that's not the case. Maybe over exaggerated keyboarding? 😕

It's nice to see you around the Community @ruthk @cjcmarie! Is still this issue happening? If so, I'd recommend restarting the HR by doing these steps:

1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V88").
3. Let go of the button.
4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Your Charge HR is now restarted and should work normally

Have a great day you two!
