Instead of making new products how about fixing the huge syncing problems very disappointed with fitbit

@jafoster, what specific syncing problems are you having, with which trackers?  Since the release of the new Android App v2.67  I have not had a single problem with syncing the Ionic or Charge 2 - they sync as soon as I open the app.

I find it incredible that my Fitbit will only SYNC with a 4 year old Android phone with android 4.4 and not my 3 month old Samsung J3 with Android 5.1 which I now find is not supported, why did I have to buy the useless bit of kit to find out that I have to buy a matching phone to use it.

Shame on Fitbit you should give a warning to anyone buying the kit that they need a specific phone to use it as you are very selective with your support.

2019, and it still won't sync properly. It drives me crazy.  Most of the time it says it can't find the device, or it just won't sync, full stop.
