Aria 2 has stopped showing other peoples weights. ALSO doesnt show bmi or body fat%

Have reset and invited the others in household one was able to reconnect but it isnt showing thier weighta on their phone 

Another household memeber xant reconnect with the invite. The sales say they are a GUEST on the scale but doesnt show them in the app as either a user or a guest
