Does Fitbit Aria Air actually track BMI?

Why would the product page say that it tracks BMI, when it clearly doesn't? Does anyone check what they upload regarding product information?Screenshot_20241218_110321_Chrome.jpg

BMI is just a calculation based on your height and weight, so it does help you track that. I think you're thinking of body fat, which it does not measure.

To be fair myfitnesspal tracks BMI and tells u ur index by doing the calculation for you based on ur stats. it's not that big an ask really if it says it does it -- it probably should actually do it.

@LambrosG   The scale doesn't display BMI, but it I see it in my Fitbit app.  I use an iPhone and iPhone pages are different from Android pages.  iOS users have a BMI graph.  An Android user wrote that the BMI graph is gone from the their updated weight pages, but is still available on the daily weight information.

I have a FitBit Charge 6 and an Aria Air scale.  To see the BMI, open the FitBit app and select Weight.  To see the current BMI, select Day at the top.  If you want to see your weight and BMI over a period of time, select the 3 dots in the upper right of the screen and select Manage data. On the next screen, select REVIEW YOUR DATA; this will open a screen with the options you may be looking for.

Hope this helps.

With the latest update to Version 4.34.1, the REVIEW YOUR DATA feature has been removed per FitBit Support, with no guarantee the feature will be enabled in a future release.  If you liked this feature, I would recommend you voice your opinion in this Community Bulletin Board.  With enough pressure, maybe FitBit/Google will return the feature.
