Hi, I’ve had my aria scales for about 5 years and I use them everyday, without any problem. However, the last couple of weeks, I’m unable to connect them to my wi fi (I haven’t changed my wifi). I’ve changed batteries, tried hard reset, removed them from fit but and reinstated them but I still can’t get them to connect to WiFi…….any ideas? Now when I put the batteries in, it gives me a code to connect to my phone, still doesn’t connect to WiFi and the screen just stays on! Please help! X

Try temporarily disabling your 5ghz WiFi and just leave the 2.4ghz WiFi running. The scales only communicate on 2.4. Once connected you can re enable the 5ghz WiFi.

Ok! I’ll give it a try, thank you. Just googling how to do what you suggested and I can’t work out how to do it at the moment but I’ll keep looking!

You’ll need to log onto your router and edit the WiFi settings. Probably need to find a forum for your internet provider and ask how.

I’ve done that but it hasn’t worked. As soon as I log into Fitbit to connect the scales to WiFi, a pop up screen says unable to connect to WiFi. Everything else is working on the house and I haven’t done anything to the scales for this to happen!
