I’ve done all the suggested steps for adding my husband to the Aria Air scale. My husband accepts the invitation and it seems like everything is correct on the Fitbit app but when he stands on the scales it says,
“Your weight can’t sync to this Fitbit account , scale has been reset or wasn’t set up properly.”
and then basically it sends us back on the same circle of steps to repeat with the same end result.
I’ve tried completely resetting the scale but that doesn’t work. I also make sure my app is closed when he is trying to sync. Still won’t work. It seems like the simple steps to add a person aren’t working.
Please help!
