Hi. My Aria 2 synched fine yesterday morning, but today when it tries to sync it eventually times out and say "Connection Error." Anyone else having this problem? I've tried restarting it, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Any way to tell if this is on my end or on the Fitbit end?
Mine finally did start working again, later the same day, but it’s unclear why. I don’t know if it was a problem with the scale, the network at my end, the network at Fitbit’s end, or something else.
I also have the same problem since last week. Tried reset but weight doesn't sync to my profile or my wife's profile. Altough it claims it has been synced. Any other suggestions I can try to get it working again?
