Hi,
So my Aria 2 scale started putting in multiple entries for 1 weigh in.
I would weigh in and SUDDENLY for the same day I would get like 12 entries into my weight log. when viewing the fitbit website and the fitbit app.
Same weight but different times it showed syncing.
This lead me to believe that the Aria 2 scale needed to be reset. So I followed the instructions to do a factory reset. After reconnecting to my WIFI i get "connection error"
Yes my network is - 802.11b/g/n accessible.
Yes the scale worked for a year without issue prior to this multiple data syncing issue.
I have noticed many folks putting this error down with similar issues. Im wondering if this is either bad firmware update.

Hi,
Fitbit scale might be the last reason I buy a fitbit product at this point.
Between my wifes watch, my watch, and this scale. Fitbit products has most certainly declined over the last few years.
The scale is syncing to fitbit.com. but its putting in 3-4 entries into our weight log per login.
The scale is connected to wifi. but after every weight in we get an error.
I have seen numerous folks basically posting the same problem and FITBIT basically doesn't care that they have this problem.
Factory resetting the scale does not work. This problem didnt exist prior. None of my network devices have changed. This is clearly a scale FIRMWARE problem.
FITBIT where you at?
