Hoping someone can help with this before I throw the scales out of the bathroom window.
I've had the Aria 2 scales for many months and they have synced fine. I've been on holiday for a few weeks, and have now got home to find the scales no longer syncing.
I have updated the wifi network connection via the mobile app. I stand on the scales, as usual, and the scales recognise my weight, body fat, and my account, but after minutes it then says there is a connection error.
My wi-fi network is through an airport extreme router connecting at 5ghz and running on radio mode of 802.11a.n - 802.11b/g/n.
Any help much appreciated.
Peter

Hi @peterh1967a. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks or the information provided and I'm sorry that your Aria 2 isn't connecting correctly. Before anything else, let me share with you that one of the requirements to connect this scale is to use a private network and not one that requires log in or subscription. Also, currently the Aria 2 doesn't support routers that have 5 GHz of frequency and running 802.11an, and that might be the reason why the connection isn't stable.
I'd recommend to reconfigure your router to run 802.11 b/g/n and just 2.4 GHz, then restart the scale by taking all the batteries for 15 seconds and set it up one more time. Make sure the scale is on a hard-flat surface and within 30 feet from the router.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
