Hi this is a review and my experience of direct purchase from fitbit online. I have previously always purchased my fitbit products from John Lewis as there customer service is very good, if one has problems with products purchased from themselves they are happy to resolve all customer dissatisfaction with products. This is the first time I have purchased directly from fitbit and unfortunately it has been a extreme disappoint. I purchades the fitbit scale which John Lewis or any other department store in london does not stock and now I can see the reason why. The product is unfortunately not very user friendly and my product literally broke and stop working straight after the 45 day period which Fitbit provide, whilst all the department store which I usually purchase products from provide there customer a years period of satisfaction. I am very u happy and dissatisfied with this product and will not recommend. My sales experience with fitbit has been very disappointing as I like Fitbit products and I will most definitely never purchase from the website again.
