I deleted my Aria 2 from my app because my other family members were using it & wanted to reconnect from scratch. When the setup begins after pressing the button, it displays the Fitbit website on the screen even though all that website says is to go to your phone & download the app. I used the app to set it up, it detects the scale, then it asks for the code displayed on the scale, but every time I put the code it says it's wrong even though it's right. I put the code, it says it's wrong on the app, the scale goes back to the website on the display, & the asks for the code again. The scale shows you the new code & the process repeats until the screen on the scale goes out terminator 2 style, turns off, & the app says abort.

I’m having the IDENTICAL problem today as well. (12:59 PM EST)
I suspect it may be an issue with FitBit’s servers, since the same thing is happening to both of us.
