Aria 2 Wi-fi problem

My Aria 2 scales have been working fine for the last 3 years and now suddenly they will not connect to the wi-fi, i have taken the batteries out numerous times, reset with the button in the battery compartment, nothing seems to work, help please?!?!?!IMG_1082[1].PNG
