Aria 2 Won’t setup! Tried everything

Hi, I’ve been trying to setup my aria 2 to the second account.

my husband has been using the scales for over a year so it’s functioning, but when I’m trying to set this up to my account the app can’t detect it..

tried uninstalling and installing the app again..on a few devices and nothing!

Your husband needs to go into his dashboard settings (I prefer the website). Click on the gear in the upper right, then the scale and make sure he is on the "people" page. He will see an option to send you an invite. Make sure he uses the same email address as you use for your Firbit account.
