Aria 2 allocates weight to wrong user

My wife and I have been using this for years. Just recently it started allocating my weight to my wife's account and vice-versa. I cannot figure out how to make it stop doing that. I know how to reallocate the wrong readings, but I do not want to have to do this at all. I need to fix the issue. Aria is awfully close to flying out the window.

@Eferrier it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the wrong weight assignment issue that your Aria 2 has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get it this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to re-calibrate your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row. After this, have your wife to do the same process and see if the issue gets fixed.

I tried the fix recommended without success.  I tried hard press on lower right with no response.
