My Aria 2 recently stopped working (2 years old). I have been thru all set-up options multiple times and spent many hours on phone with support. Tried resets and restoring using my Samsung S-4 phone, and then Windows 10 laptop. Unit gets part way thru set-up procedure then stops when cannot connect to a network (no network found). I reset my home router, and also tried a spare router, no help. WIERD: One time I was watching my router's connected devices and saw the Aria 2 obtain an IP address as setup began then loose the address when it came time for the Aria 2 to see the network. Now I do not get that far; router says Aria 2 is "off-line".
Support now says no repair available, buy another. They offer "free shipping" as a inducement if purchased from their web-site. Two years is not good product life. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated? Support file #35827127
