I contacted fitbit for help they tried everything  they had on file after a few emails for an intermittent connection error when syncing  my aria 2 scales to the app on my phone i was going to buy a WiFi extender they said they don't like people using WiFi extenders. I thought i'd try one last thing which was to reboot  my router i turned it  off an then back on again after about 30 seconds an waited it to restart after it restarted fully i tried my scales an they synced I've tried them 3 or 4 times since they worked every time

Hey there, @SunsetRunner  thanks for stopping by!

I'm glad to know that your Aria 2 is syncing again. Sometimes the extenders have a different setup than the one from the main router and for that reason the scale might not connect to it. Therefore it's better to connect the Aria 2 to the main router.

Catch you later.

Sadly my WiFi connection has gone again to my scales  so i will just have to keep rebooting my router to get my connection back an there nothing fitbit can do about it

Hi, @SunsetRunner.

Thanks for the update. Do you get any error number or icon when your Aria 2 doesn't sync? If you haven't made any change to your WiFi settings (new password, new router, etc) or if your scale is not too far from the router, it should remain connected to your WiFi.

See you around.

No I’ve not made any changes to my router settings, it doesn’t give any error numbers. It worked seamlessly up to recently could my neighbours Wi-Fi interfere with my Wi-Fi

Hello, @SunsetRunner.

When Aria 2 has any trouble syncing or measuring your weight, you'll see an error message or icon as indicated on this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit scale working? If your Aria 2 is not showing anything and just having trouble with the WiFi signal, it could be related to your router. The scale will sync only with your WiFi so your neighbors' signal shouldn't be a problem.

Hope this helps.
