I got new WiFi and when I press the button inside the battery compartment to search for WiFi, it just shows the version number. What should i do.

I don't know if this is your problem, but the older Arias don't work with some newer wifi protocols.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
