iPhone 11 IOS 14.7.1 Ever since the latest IOS update a few days ago, my Aria 2 scale cannot connect to the Fitbit app on my phone. I have rebooted my phone and turned off/on Bluetooth and changed the batteries. My husband's phone connects, but mine with the new update doesn't.
I tried removing the device and adding it back, but my phone doesn't see the device.

The Aria 2 connects via WIFI, not Bluetooth.
Please see pages 3-4 in the manual.

@Alicebluegown Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the connection between your Aria 2 and your phone, @gdio53 is correct. The Aria 2 connects via Wi-Fi.
Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article, under the subject "Aria scales". After this, monitor your scale and see if it connects properly.
Hope this helps.

I have turned/off on bluetooth
rebooted my phone
deleted the fitbit app and reinstalled it
removed and reinstalled the batteries
installed new batteries
deleted the aria 2 scale from my devices
disconnect other bluetooth devices.
I know it isn't a network problem as my husband's iphone connects.
When I try to add the device back, it can't find the device.
The scale was working fine last week, until I installed the latest IOS.
then it stopped working.

The Aria 2 doesn't connect via Bluetooth, it uses WI-FI, so trying to connect to your phone's Bluetooth won't work.
Please read pages 3-4 in the manual and read the troubleshooting steps that @JuanJoFitbit posted a link to.
You should also edit your post to remove your phone number.

I solved the problem by sharing the Aria 2 Scale from my husband's account and I was able to connect. The weird things is that I was the first person to connect with the scale and it was working up until the new IOS. Anyway sharing the device worked.
