Aria 2 doesn't work after replace battery

After replacing Aria 2 battery, it is starting to show this icon "!". I checked the forum and I followed all those steps:

  • removed the batteries.
  • clean the scale contacts with a cotton swab and some alcohol.
  • put the batteries back;

But nothing happened.

Mines won't turn on at all just blank

I have exactly this issue today.. changed batteries and nothing comes on at all.   Does anyone from FitBit actually review and answer these questions?
