Hello Everyone,
I just bought a Aria 2 and upon setting it up just for myself it detected me correctly as setup.
I did about half a dozen weigh-ins to test and no issues. Then I invited and added my wife on to the scale and tested her weigh-ins were getting detected correctly which they were. At this point, my weigh-ins stopped getting detected and across few dozens of weigh-ins it is consistently detecting me as "GUEST" and not even showing an option on the scale to correct it.
Some of the things I tried are below.
* Reset and add myself as the first user, take few weigh-ins, working fine
* Added my wife's account, tested working fine
* Weighed myself, detected as GUEST
* Went in to the app and changed the GUEST logs to myself, tested again, detected as GUEST
* Reset the scale and configured under my wife's account, repeated same steps above
* Once I add myself - my weigh-ins are consistently detected as GUEST
* Tried with and without socks, still detected as GUEST
* Reset and just added myself to the scale, worked fine for the first two/three weigh-ins and after that again getting detected as GUEST.
* Manually changed each wrong log to myself, still every new weigh-in detected as a GUEST for me.
Each time I did a reset of the scale, I deleted all the logs from each of the accounts/apps and removed the scale too before re-adding it.
At this point I have reset the scale at about 10 times, tried with adding to two different fitbit accounts in different order, using different phones to discover/connect and pretty much out of ideas to try.
Appreciate if anyone has some advise to get this to work as expected.

Thanks for sharing detailed information about your Aria 2's behavior and the steps that you've tried. You did an awesome job, and I'm sorry that the scale is still not recognizing you when weighing. After getting in touch with our Support Team and apparently they already took your case and were providing you with assistance. I'm glad that your case is now on their hands.
