Aria 2 not syncing with Fitbit

My aria 2 has been working perfectly for ages but this morning it won’t sync to my Fitbit. I have checked it is attached to the WiFi and it is, also changed the batteries in aria just in case, and still won’t sync the weigh in across to my Fitbit… any ideas??

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but do you have an Android phone?  I'm looking at my computer screen now and it's saying that there's a temporary syncing issue with Fitbit and Android phones.

I have an ios phone and mine hasn't been synching for a few weeks. Did all of the same checks... Battery, network, etc

Same with my mum abd dad’s scales too…I’m wondering whether Fitbit may be encouraging people to buy Aria Air scales!!
