Aria 2 scale setup difficulties

My wife has a new Aria 2 scale and thought it was setup properly but her weights are displaying as GUEST instead of her personal icon. Also, I downloaded the fitbit app and she invited me, which I accepted, but I cannot get my iPhone to identify the Aria 2 on the Bluetooth. The scale is turned on and my phone Bluetooth is on. Any suggestions?

@Mlawren01 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the setup issues that you've experienced with your Aria 2. Rest assured that the Aria needs to be set up once. In this case, make sure that you followed the setup process as described in this help article.

 

Once this has been done, make sure that you sent the invitation again from your wife's account to your email address. Please try accepting the invitation through a computer, not through the Fitbit app. Once this has been done, check out if the Aria 2 is connected on both accounts.
