My Aria 2 is showing the “setup active” message after needing to have the batteries replaced. It won’t stop showing the message. It is also not syncing with my app, even though it’s recognizing the network and weighing me and showing wifi and Bluetooth connection.

Please try setting up your scale from scratch as instructed in this help article and see if it connects with your WiFi.
