Just received my new Aria 2, set it up, everything fine.

 

Stood on scales in bare feet, started going through its thing and all I get is "error" message.

 

Tried removing the batteries and re-trying, just got error message again.

 

Any help please?

 

(was not impressed with tue packaging though, hardly any packing inside the outer box.)

Hi @Himnz, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is showing an error message on the display. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
