Aria 2 setup won't work unless I switch from Ionic

Attempting to set up new Aria2.  When I select Aria2 I get a message that says there is already an Ionic connected and asks if I want to switch. If I do that fitbit app deletes the Ionic.

Can't get past the select device screen. I have an Ionic connected to my Pixel 2xl. When trying to add the aria 2 (or any other device I select) the screen says there is already an Ionic connected and asks if I want to switch. I did this once and fitbit deleted the Ionic completely and did not seem to properly connect the aria 2 either. Something is wrong with the select device screen.

@MannyK Thank you for getting back and providing more details about the difficulties during the setup process. Please make sure that your phone is listed in the compatible devices that are listed in this help article. Also, if your phone is compatible, make sure that it's running the most recent Fitbit app version.

As a side note, if your phone is not compatible, is there a possibility that you can borrow a compatible phone just for the setup process?

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
