Aria 2 stopped providing body fat %

My Aria 2 used to give me my fat body % but suddenly stopped doing it. I have read the other posts and tried everything. Yes, I’m not wearing socks while stepping on the scale and the ‘Display Body Fat (%)’ in my Aria 2 profile is enabled. I took out the batteries, removed and setup the scale again, weighted myself five time, etc. and it is still not working.

 

Please help!

We're having the same problem. About 2 years ago the Aria 2 stopped showing the body fat percentage, but we were able to fix it. Now it's stopped again.

 

I've followed all the advice on all the threads on this topic  (the resetting procedure including weighing 5x, redoing the initial setup from scratch)

Hi,

Exactly the same for me. It has been a bit hit and miss occasionally as to whether it would give a percentage, but now seems to have given up completely!

Really hoping it's just a recent update Fitbit have pushed out which can be pulled!

Want to add that the last measurement I got was in May 2020. I have tried several ties to re-set the scale and follow all workarounds posted in the forums and NOTHING. It is very frustrating to pay for a scale that doesn’t fully work as advertised!
