Bought this 2 days ago. No problems. Went to use the scales Today. Won’t connect. Tried resetting WiFi router (on and off) then opened the battery pack and pressed the button to identify the WiFi again. Connects but still doesn’t work. Obviously I’m really disappointed but I’ve paid a lot of money for something I can’t use now with no idea how to fix it. (Why should I even have to fix it?) it’s next to the WiFi router right now and worked before in my upstairs bathroom - now just doesn’t... product issue for sure. Do I have a problematic scale or is this a global issue? What do I do?
I’ve spent 45 mins of my day trying to troubleshoot - removed it twice and set up from scratch with delays. Still not connecting or working properly. I’m actually blowing my lid here. If there’s no fix for this I’m going to get a refund I’ve never experienced this with technology I’ve purchased especially at the price
