I just got this and all it does is provide weight. It calls me guest, does not use my symbol and gives a tick after weighing. The weight syncs to my phone but none of the other functions work. I have tried all the suggested fixes, including starting again on a different network, but after two hours I am now going to send it back. The fit track scales in another bathroom in our house works perfectly and I will buy another one of those. And they are half the price!!
