I've had my Aria 2 for a couple of years. Suddenly it won't connect to the wifi. I went through all the procedures to reconnect . It appeared to be set up ok but after weighing myself it could not sync saying it can;t connect with the wifi. I just don't know what to do now.

I would like to know if you have made changes to your network such as router, router settings or WiFi password. Also, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. This will help me to avoid providing the same information.
In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I did get a new router and I have comcast. It is not a comcast router though. This is probably the problem but I still don ttb know what to do about it. Thank you so much for replying
