I bought and received my Aria Air at the end of August. It only works if I pop the batteries out and pop them back in. I have replaced the batteries and tried to reset the scale, but nothing has worked to make it come on other than popping the batteries out and back in. It only stays on for about one minute after that, so to log my weight takes a lot of effort. I am very disappointed with the quality of the scale. I have always had good luck with my Fitbit Versa 2, so I expected that the quality of the scale would match.
If anyone knows how to fix this, it would be very much appreciated.
