I've got a Google pixel phone I bought the Fitbit area air I can get it to upload onto the Fitbit app but it won't synchronise I was wondering if somebody could help me I have tried absolutely everything

Allow me to help you with the syncing issues between your Android mobile and your Aria Air scale. Thank you for all the troubleshooting you have already tried.

Just to make sure, have you already tried the troubleshooting steps suggested in our help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? > Scales > Aria Air > Troubleshooting steps? 

If you have, then make sure your environment meet the requirements by checking Why won't my Fitbit device sync? > Scales > Aria Air > Requirements
