Aria Air button doesn't work

Just received my aria air scale. But the unit button does not react at all. Do you test these things before sending them.

Hi @Madskaae, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that the button of your Aria Air doesn't respond, please try taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, press the button during 10 seconds and see if it works properly.

 

After this, follow the setup process as described in this help article and see if your scale works properly.

 

Regarding your question, the Aria scales go through a quality control process.
