Aria 2 provides different readings day to day

Why does my aria 2 not stay calibrated over time? It’s on a hard bathroom floor and hasn’t been touched yet some how I’m 3kg heavier than yesterday with 2% higher body fat.

I’ve had this 6 months now and this is a recurrent problem. I shouldn’t have to have a second cheap scale just to calibrate my expensive and supposedly smart scale - ridiculous! I feel like I’m starting again on my weight loss journey.

This is an awful scale and I’m so let down by the hyped up promises.

Hi @Victoria892, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the weight accuracy issue that your Aria 2 has experienced.

In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to restart your Aria 2 by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row. Finally, monitor your scale during the next 24 hours and see if it provides consistent and accurate weight readings.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi

I did as you suggested .. it took a few days to start reading consistent weights again.. A week or so later it’s happened again and the scale hasn’t been moved.... it’s dreadful that I’ve paid so much money for a scale that is less reliable than a super cheap one. From so many people complaining about the same fault you know you have a problem.. you should be refunding people.
